Skills and Requirements What You Offer Post Secondary Education preferred (minimum high school diploma) At least 3 years of sawmill related experience Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience Knowledge and experience with lumber manufacturing and sawmill operations Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Proven leadership abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Desire to lead and support a talented team in a fast paced environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook Familiarity with optimization is an asset |
